Membership fees are non-refundable. Applicants may rectify deficiencies in their applications, except where they are found to be completely ineligible for membership.
Delegate cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by the specific policy published for the respective event from time to time.
In the event of cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of an event, the Executive Committee shall determine the applicable refunds, credits, or rescheduling arrangements.
Failed, unsuccessful, or duplicate transactions will be reviewed upon confirmation from the payment gateway and/or the concerned bank.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

Conference registration fees are subject to the terms and conditions specified for the respective conference. Registration shall be considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of the applicable payment.
Cancellation of conference registration and refund requests shall be governed by the specific cancellation and refund policy published for the respective conference. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed according to the timelines and conditions specified by the Organising Committee.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the conference, the Organising Committee/Executive Committee shall determine the applicable refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling arrangements.
Failed, unsuccessful, or duplicate transactions will be reviewed upon confirmation from the payment gateway and/or the concerned bank. Eligible refunds will be processed after verification of the transaction.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 working days, subject to the processing timelines of the payment gateway and the concerned bank.
By proceeding with conference registration, the member/delegate confirms that they are responsible for making the applicable conference registration payment separately and that membership of OSWB does not constitute or include conference registration. The member/delegate agrees to make the required payment through the designated payment gateway to complete the conference registration.
By submitting the registration form and proceeding with payment, the member/delegate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable terms of the respective conference.
