Aim: To encourage OSWB members in Photography.

Objectives:

• Online meeting among the Team members to plan nomeclature, aim, objectives of this Team. [I thought a name "PhotOswb", Central 'O' should have double circles like lens. Might be blending between camera lens & IOL. A logo can be created.][Clarification is also required regarding OSWB logos, details & Involvement]
• To form social platform s (core group & photographer members' group). Core group might be in WhatsApp or in Telegram. Members group should be in facebook (closed group) so that they can share their works to get opinion from others.
• For implementation of this Online meeting, social platforms etc., we will be in need of technical assistance from OSWB office. To create and circulate digital advertisement and flyers.
• Initially to arrange some meetings on basic of Photography, subsequently advanced level of Photography. Lectures will be delivered either by the OSWB members or by guest Photographers. (That can be arranged accordingly). Monthly &/ Bi-monthly meeting can be arranged. This type of meeting might be in Webinar form or Physical form . For both the forms different types of funds and technical assistant is required.
• To arrange some competition on different genre of Photography (with some prizes)
• Photo-walk and Photography workshop can be arranged with interested members.
• To make aware of our members regarding post processing and its importance. (Photoshop, CaptureOne, Luminar AI etc.)
• To make aware how to take scientific photos in Ophthalmology (ant. & post. segments) Different approach with different instruments
• Needs : Involvement of the members, Funds, Technical assistance, seniors.
• Photography competitions at Annual and Midterm Conferences.
