The modalities to increase the screening and detection of white reflex
at the primary level. The role of pediatricians, general
ophthalmologists and PHC workers in the screening processes to be
explored.

To increase the awareness about retinoblastoma in general population
by means of posters, print media and social media discussed. OSWB can
involve actively by sharing videos, pamphlets and short films in their
website and YouTube channels to circulate among the general
ophthalmologists.

Conducting RB Awareness Talks in various District Outreach programs,
CME, and meetings in collaboration with pediatricians to increase the
early and timely referral of these cases.

To increase publications about screening guidelines and treatment
protocol can help increasing timely referral, early diagnosis, and
protocol-based management.

Collaborating with various treatment centers (both government and
non-government) within the state to establish a protocol-based
management for these kids can improve the survival with positive
treatment outcomes.

Training and encouraging more people to treat Retinoblastoma will help
overcome the load in and around the state.

To start Intraarterial chemotherapy and Brachytherapy in the state.
