The main aim of the Programme was to spread the importance of the silent killer of vision, in every part of Bengal. Our President Dr. Ratish Chandra Paul had been a great motivator for this noble cause. The ophthalmologists from Kolkata, present in the camp were Dr. Ratish Chandra Paul, President OSWB, Dr. Debashis Das, Hony Secretary OSWB, Dr. Rupak Kanti Biswas, Dr. Sudipta Mitra, Dr. Shibashis Das, Dr. Diptesh Das, and Dr. Sohini Ghosh. We received immense support and cooperation from eminent ophthalmologists of Malda, specially Dr. Debdas Mukherjee, President Elect OSWB, Dr. Niladri Saha, Dr. Suman Mukherjee, Dr. Malay Sarkar, and many more senior and junior residents. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience for us.
