OSWB made a humble attempt to deliver eye care to the remote village in the foothills of the Himalayas. Many of our esteemed members attended the event.The camp organizers were very welcoming. Even general patients came, with the hope to receive medical aid. Dr Anupama Biswas skillfully coordinated the entire event and also treated the medical patients. Ophthalmological cases were seen by Drs Monoj Hajra, Sohini Ghosh, and Diptesh Das. The team of optometrists from Himlayan Eye Institute were of much help. Optometrists Panna Saikh, Aparna Rai, Satanik Maity, PCP Anindita Barman and Purnendu Chakraborty, Sr. PRO assisted us.The warmth and simplicity of the people made our attempt a great success.
